Why I seldom turn on my video for zoom calls

Body Dysmorphia Disorder (BDD) and increasing anxiety rates are significant issues for people now spending 8 hours a day or more on Zoom.

What they didn’t discuss was the disconnect that would result in my brain between what I *used* to look like before the surgery, and what I *would* look like after the surgery.
