I have problems with this too, glen walker. No matter what type of system is in place for issues related to compliance where there are penalties, someone is always going to be trying to game the system. As much as I dislike repeat plaintiffs and their lawyers profiting from lawsuits, without the threat of financial damages, businesses have proven time and time again that they rarely will become accessible voluntarily. They fail to see the enormous value in making their businesses easily accessed by people with disabilities. My fervent hope is that in the end, there will be no one left to sue and the trolls will move on elsewhere.
