I couldn’t agree with you more, Brandy Bartosh. I have a friend who works for the MTA who I am constantly kvetching at about this very issue. Take MUNI they say. Half the time either the lifts are broken, the buses are so full they can’t fit you in, or the operators don’t know how to use them. I am using an electric wheelchair now that gives me a little bit more freedom in SF, but it’s a form of privilege because I could afford to buy it. I would suggest also reaching out to David Fazio who is a teenage stroke survivor who spends a lot of time in SF who knows some of these folks
