Great article ! Progress over perfection is always my mantra. You don’t always have the luxury of blowing it up and starting over, even if that’s the faster way to do it. You can draw a line in the sand and say “new stuff — we are going to do it right from this day forward” while you are fixing old stuff retroactively as part of regular maintenance. And always you need to plan for employee turnover. Training needs to be available on-demand so teams don’t start to backslide if someone is out on leave or moves on for a different opportunity.
